The Four Stages
- Enquiry & quote — send your instrument list, drawings or reference samples; we quote steel grade, finish, MOQ and lead time.
- Sample & approval — a pre-production sample with your laser-marked logo; you approve finish, dimensions and branding.
- Bulk production & QC — forging to finishing in-house with hardness testing, passivation and inspection.
- Branded packing & DDP — packed in your boxes and shipped door-to-door, duty paid, with full export documentation.
Lead time: typically 4–6 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and finish.
